We rescued a chain…

We did it!

Mission accomplished!

Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap in property transactions and provide solutions when chains break down.

We are excited to share that we’ve accomplished our mission.

Read below how it went…

The solution…

Creative? Yes. Time saving? Yes. Chain rescued? YES!

We purchased a property in auction with the intention to offer it in the open market – and when the transaction was completed, that’s exactly what we did.

We Clare Richter, from Keller Williams, marketed the property and quickly found the ideal buyers. They however were in a chain: they owned a piece of land, which was also an ongoing sale.

When the land buyer delayed the sales process, as he was himself in a chain, our buyer found themselves in an unstable situation. That’s when we offer a solution.

We purchased their piece of land to ensure that they had the funds to purchase the property, and now we are going through the sale process with the same land buyer as previously.

Their word, not ours…

Clare Richter, estate agent from Keller Williams:

“Without Chain Rescue, the recent sale of a property would have no doubt fallen through. We were waiting on an associated sale on the buyers side but this was dragging on and the buyers wanted to complete before Christmas. Chain Rescue purchased the associated property from the buyers which enabled them to move. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chain Rescue again.”

Creating win-win situations

Michael Foti, director of Chain Rescue:

“In this purchase, we quickly found a buyer. This was a sound property and the purchasers only had a piece of land to sell. The purchasers were keen to move in as soon as possible and even though the property was sound, any property left empty over winter would likely suffer from dampness. There was also the added property that, if there were an insurance claim, the insurer would be looking at the claim with a fine tooth comb. For example, they would be checking the weekly inspection reports. Any missed or delayed reports might mean they might not paid out. Also, because the property was empty, the insurance was expensive and limited. This was a big worry. Chain Rescue moved in to buy the land from the purchases, which meant a successfully sale of the property and a restful night sleep!”
